Stabilisation Unit (not Stabilization Unit)

On 7 December 2007, the Post Conflict Reconstruction Unit (PCRU) changed its name to Stabilisation Unit to better reflect the core work of the Unit in stabilisation and also the Unit's role in the management of MOD's £269 million Stabilisation Aid fund announced as part of the Comprehensive Spending Review in September 2007.

This website, www.stabilizationunit.gov.uk, spelling stabilisation with 'z' rather than 's' has been created in order to help those using non-British spelling of "stabilisation"  - ie Stabilization Unit - to reach the correct web page and to find the UK Government's Stabilisation Unit.

Please go to the new Stabilisation Unit webpages (www.stabilisationunit.gov.uk) to find out more about the Stabilisation Unit. This page should redirect there after 60 seconds.
